Cancellation & Lesson Validity Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced)

All training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

 

• Same-day cancellations or failure to attend (no-shows) will result in the loss of that session
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled
• This policy applies to all assessments, private lessons, and lesson packages

This policy allows sessions to run smoothly and ensures fairness to all clients.

Lesson Package Time Limits

To ensure consistency, progress, and effective training, lesson packages must be used within the timeframes below:

• 3-Session Programme: must be completed within 8 weeks
• 5-Session Programme: must be completed within 12 weeks

Lessons not used within these timeframes are forfeited unless an extension has been expressly agreed in advance with the trainer.

Extensions are not automatic and are granted only in exceptional circumstances.

Important Notes

• All lesson packages are non-refundable
• Timeframes begin from the date of the first session
• Responsibility for booking sessions within the allotted timeframe rests with the client

The methods I teach should be completed at the pace suggested to be successful, each of the above times are twice the normal rate advised to cover for unforeseen circumstances. The training methods are easily completed in these time frames.
